Stuart (left) was adopted and was living with Henri (right) one of our
seniors who was adopted in 2005. Both dogs were picked up as senior
strays and never claimed. A wonderful woman named Nancy
eventually adopted both of these little guys.
On July 6, 2006, little Stuart died of sudden heart failure due to valve
rupture. On July 11, 2006, Henri was put down due to kidney and liver
failure. Little Stuart was frisky and eating up to the last hours and
Henri was good until a few days ago.
Both dogs had a loving home with friends - both dogs and people. They
enjoyed a lovely backyard with lots of sun and shade to snooze in.
Our hearts go out to Nancy who adopted these two senior guys and
gave them a loving home.
I will never forget Henri and what a happy little resilient guy he was.
